RBI Office Attendant Recruitment 2026 : Educational Qualification
Post Name	Qualification
Office Attendant	10th Pass (SSC/Matriculation) from a recognized board within the State/UT of the recruiting office. Candidate must be non-graduate as on 01/01/2026 (Graduates / higher qualified candidates are not eligible). Proficiency in the local language of the applied State/UT (read, write, speak & understand).

RBI Office Attendant Recruitment 2026 : Stages Of Selection

Online Test : This is the first stage of the selection process and consists of an objective multiple-choice examination.

There will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark for each incorrect answer.
Candidates must qualify in each of the four tests separately to be considered for shortlisting.
Except for the General English test, the online exam will be available bilingually (English and Hindi) and in various regional languages corresponding to the office of application.

Language Proficiency Test (LPT) Candidates who are provisionally shortlisted based on their performance in the online test will be required to undergo an LPT. This test is crucial for ensuring that the selected candidates can effectively communicate in the local language of the state they will be working in.

The LPT is qualifying in nature.
It will be conducted in the official/local language of the concerned state.
Candidates who do not qualify the LPT will be disqualified from the selection process, regardless of their online test score.
