SBI SCO Recruitment 2025 : Stages Of Selection
|
- Shortlisting: The bank will constitute a shortlisting committee to decide the parameters for shortlisting. An adequate number of candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Â Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for one or more rounds of personal, telephonic, or video interviews. The interview will carry a total of 100 marks, and the qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
- CTC Negotiation: Salary negotiation will be conducted with the candidates, either during the interview process or separately after its completion.
- Merit List:Â The final merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based solely on the scores obtained in the interview. In case of a tie, candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order.
