India Exim Bank Deputy Manager Recruitment 2026 : Educational Qualification

•  Graduation: A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in a full-time graduation course of at least 3 years duration.
• Post-Graduation: A minimum 2-year full-time Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/ MMS) with a specialization in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade. Candidates with a Finance specialization must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
• Alternative Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with mandatory membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). In the case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient.

India Exim Bank Deputy Manager Recruitment 2026 : Stages Of Selection

1. Written Test: All eligible candidates will first be required to appear for a written examination to evaluate their professional knowledge.
2. Personal Interview: Candidates who are shortlisted based on their performance in the written test will be called for a personal interview.
3. Final Selection: The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks from both stages. The Written Test will carry a weightage of 70%, and the Personal Interview will carry a weightage of 30%.
