IHMCL Recruitment 2025 – Apply Now! for 49 Engineer (ITS) vacancies

IHMCL Recruitment 2025 :  The Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL), an initiative of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), has announced a recruitment drive for Engineer (Intelligent Transport Systems) posts. Applications are invited for 49 vacancies on a Direct Recruitment basis, with the process utilising valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores from 2025.

IHMCL, established under the Companies Act, 1956, is a non-government company jointly promoted by NHAI, its Concessionaires, and Financial Institutions. Its primary role is to implement and manage the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system across national highways and deploy Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) to enhance highway management and improve traffic flow. The company follows the IDA pay pattern.

The recruitment is for Engineer (ITS) positions in the E-1 Grade, offering a pay scale of Rs. 40,000-1,40,000. The initial monthly salary is approximately ₹84,000, including Dearness Allowance, Cafeteria Allowance, House Rent Allowance, among other components, resulting in an estimated annual CTC of around Rs. 11 Lakhs.

A total of 49 vacancies are available, distributed across categories as follows: 21 for Unreserved (UR), 13 for Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) (OBC (NCL)), 7 for Scheduled Castes (SC), 3 for Scheduled Tribes (ST), and 5 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). One post out of the total is reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD). The number of posts may be subject to change based on IHMCL’s requirements.
