Candidates must apply electronically by sending an email to the address “apply@iacs.res.in”. The email should include a full bio-data. This bio-data should detail: ▪ List of publications. ▪ Description of teaching experience. ▪ Description of research experience. ▪ Future teaching and research plans, preferably using the attached format. The application format requests details such as educational qualification, employment history, research experience (including years after PhD), area of specialisation/research interests, publications, future plans of research and teaching, etc.. ▪ The names of six referees who are familiar with the candidate’s work. Postal Application: Apart from the electronic submission, candidates must also send their duly filled-in applications in the prescribed format by post. The format is provided in the sources. A passport-size photograph should be affixed to the application form. The application must be accompanied by requisite documents supporting educational qualification, age, and experience. The complete application should be sent in a sealed envelope. The envelope must be clearly superscripted with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF (Name of the post along with advertisement number)”. The post name is Faculty Fellow and the advertisement number is IACS/ADVT/P/SRD-2025/417. The application should be addressed to the Director, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, 2A & B, Raja S. C. Mullick Road, Kolkata – 700032. The postal application must be sent on or before 60 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News. For applicants from the North-Eastern regions, this deadline is extended to 75 days from the date of publication in the Employment News.
