- Exam Format: The examination will consist of Objective Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) answered using the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) method. The exam will have a single question paper.

- Visit the Website: Go to https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
- Find the Advertisement: On the website, navigate to “Current Advertisement” and click on “View All”. Then, under “Select Advertisement by Department”, choose “GUJARAT PANCHAYAT SERVICE SELECTION BOARD (GPSSB)”.
- Select the Advertisement: Click on the advertisement number 17/2025-26 for Work Assistant. You will see “Apply” and “Details” options.
- Review Details (Optional but Recommended): Click on “Details” to view the detailed advertisement. It is necessary to read the entire advertisement carefully before applying. Candidates are advised to download and save the advertisement for future reference.
- Fill in the Application Form
- Upload Photograph and Signature
- Review Declaration: Read the “Declaration” provided in the form. If you agree to the terms, click “Yes”.
- Save Application: Click “Save”. This will generate an “Application Number”. Save this number carefully as it is needed for future steps.
- Confirm Application: After saving, click on “Confirm Application” at the top of the page. Enter your “Application number” and “Birth Date” and click “Ok”. You will see three buttons: “ok”, “show application preview”, and “confirm application”.
- Preview and Edit (if needed): Click on “show application preview” to review your application. You can edit the application at this stage if any corrections are needed.
- Print Confirmed Application: Click on “print application”, enter your confirmation number, and print the application copy.
