Hindustan Shipyard Limited HSL Recruitment 2025:

VISAKHAPATNAM – June 3, 2025 – Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL), a pioneering shipbuilding and ship repair yard operating under the Ministry of Defence, has announced a significant recruitment drive for various permanent absorption posts. The company, with 84 years of service to the nation, is seeking qualified and experienced personnel to fill a total of 27 positions across different grades and departments.

The online application process for all posts commenced today, June 3, 2025, at 10:00 hrs, and will conclude on July 3, 2025, at 17:00 hrs. Applicants are advised that editing is not allowed once an application is submitted.

Qualification Required for HSL Recruitment 2025

Additional General Manager (Legal) (E6)

  • Essential: Graduate with LLB or a 5-year integrated law degree with not less than 60% marks in the qualifying examination from a Bar Council of India recognized university/approved deemed university/Institute.
  • Desirable: Masters in Law.

Deputy General Manager (Technical) (E5)

  • Essential: Full-time Engineering Graduate with not less than 55% marks in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture disciplines from any recognized University or Institute registered with AICTE.
  • Desirable: Post-Graduation in Engineering / Management.

Senior Manager (Legal) (E4

  • Essential: Graduate with LLB or a 5-year integrated law degree with not less than 60% marks from a BCI recognized university/approved deemed university/Institute.
  • Desirable: Masters in Law.

Manager (Submarine) (E3)

  • Essential: Full-time Engineering Graduate with not less than 60% marks (55% for SC Candidates) in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics disciplines from any recognized University or Institute registered with AICTE.
  • Submarine Qualification (Dolphin) by Indian Navy.
  • Desirable: Soft Skills – Project Planning, Contract Management.

Manager (Technical) (E3)

  • Essential: Full-time Engineering Graduate with not less than 60% marks (55% for SC/ST Candidates) in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Naval Architecture disciplines from any recognized University or deemed university/Institute recognized by AICTE.
  • Desirable: Post-graduation in relevant discipline/MBA.

Manager (Company Secretary) (E3)

  • Essential: Graduate with any Degree with minimum 60% marks in qualifying examination AND Associate/Fellow Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
  • Desirable: A degree in Finance such as CA/CMA/MBA (Finance).
  • A degree in Law such as LLB/LLM.

Manager (Human Resources) (E3)

  • Essential: Full-time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks from any recognized University or Institute recognized by UGC.
  • Full-time Post graduate degree / diploma in Management with specialization in HR/Personnel Management/Labour Laws from any recognized University or Institute registered with UGC.
  • Desirable: A degree in Law such as LLB/LLM.

Manager (IT & ERP) (E3)

  • Essential: Full-time Engineering graduate in CSE or IT or ECE OR Masters in Computer application with not less than 55% marks in qualifying examination from a recognized university / AICTE approved deemed university/ institution.

Manager (Finance) (E3)

  • Essential: Graduate with Qualified / Passed Final Examination from ICAI/ICWAI.
  • Desirable: MBA Finance.

Deputy Manager (Fire & Safety Services) (E2)

  • Essential: Full-time Engineering graduate in Fire & Safety with not less than 60% marks in qualifying examination from a recognized university / AICTE approved deemed university/ institution OR Graduate from any Discipline with Divisional Officers course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur with not less than 60% marks in qualifying examination.
