HPCL Recruitment 2025: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) established on 15 July 1974, has announced a recruitment drive for the profile of officers. HPCL achieved annual Gross sales of Rs. 4,64,247 crore during 2024-25. The company enjoys approximately a 20.5% market share in India and has a strong presence in refining and marketing petroleum products. HPCL owns and operates Refineries at Mumbai and Visakhapatnam and holds equity stakes in joint venture refineries like HMEL and MRPL. It also possesses a vast marketing network across the country, including retail outlets, LPG distributorships, CNG facilities, and EV charging stations. HPCL also has the second-largest petroleum product pipeline network in India and conducts business through 20 joint ventures and subsidiary companies. The corporation is also focused on environmental sustainability initiatives and has announced a plan to reach Net Zero in Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 2040.
