• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Typing speed: 40 WPM
• PGDCA in Computer required

• Bachelor’s Degree with English or Odia (Honours)
• Basic knowledge of computer applications

High Court of Orissa Recruitment 2026 : Stages Of Selection

• Preliminary Exam: 150 marks, 2 hrs (qualifying, 0.5 negative marking)
• Language Test: 100 marks, 2 hrs (qualifying)
• Computer Application Test: 100 marks (qualifying)
• Main Written Exam (Typing Test): 100 marks, 10 min

1. Typing ~400 words at 40 WPM

• Final merit: Based on Main Written Examination (Typing Test) marks.

Translator

• Preliminary Exam: 150 marks, 2 hrs (0.5 negative marking)
• Main Written Exam: 300 marks, 5 hrs

1. English & Odia, Translation, GA/Reasoning

• Computer Application Test: 100 marks, 1 hr (qualifying)
• Viva-Voce: 40 marks
• Final merit: Based on Main Written Exam + Viva-Voce marks

     ◦ For Typist/DEO, look for “Recruitment to the posts of Junior Grade Typist / Data Entry Operator (Advertisement No. 01 of 2026)”.
       ◦ For Translator, look for “Recruitment to the posts of Translator (Advertisement No. 02 of 2026)”.
4. Read the detailed advertisement and instructions carefully before proceeding to fill out the online application form.
5. Fill in all required details accurately and upload clear, scanned copies of your recent photograph, signature, and other necessary documents/certificates as specified.
