Cochin Shipyard Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a Government of India Miniratna Company, has issued a notification for the engagement of ITI Trade Apprentices for its AN Ship Repair Unit (CANSRU) located in Sri Vijayapuram. The opportunities are available for eligible ITI certificate holders who are domiciled in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and are Indian citizens.
To be eligible, applicants must have passed the Xth standard and hold a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in one of the mentioned trades. A minimum age of 18 years as of 16 June 2025 is also required. Applicants must also meet the physical standards prescribed in the Apprenticeship Rules 1992. Importantly, candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training in any other organisation under the Apprentices Act, 1961, regardless of duration, are not eligible.
