Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) has officially announced the direct recruitment for Senior Executive Trainee (SET) positions for the notification year 2026. This initiative aims to onboard fresh talent into two critical operational streams: Telecom and Finance. A total of 120 vacancies have been declared, with 95 posts allocated to the Telecom stream and 25 posts designated for the Finance stream.
The selection process is designed to be comprehensive and merit-based, beginning with a Computer-based Multiple Choice – Objective Type Test. Candidates who qualify in this examination will be shortlisted for the next stage of Document Verification to confirm their eligibility and credentials.
As per the official notification, the maximum age limit for Unreserved (UR) candidates is 30 years as of the closing date of application. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per government norms.
