The Forest Research Institute Deemed to be University (FRIDU) in Dehradun has announced a call for applications for temporary and contractual positions for one Junior Consultant (Forestry) and one Junior Consultant (Environment Management). Qualification Required for Forest Research Institute Recruitment 2025

- A good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level in Environmental Science or Environment Management from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
- Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR/ICAR.
- Exemption from NET is provided for candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009.
