West Bengal Teacher Recruitment 2025 : The West Bengal Central School Service Commission (WBCSSC) has officially announced a major recruitment drive for 1,941 Special Education Teachers in Government Aided and Sponsored High/ Higher Secondary Schools across the state. This recruitment comes as a result of the Supreme Court directive dated March 7, 2025.

The recruitment process will be conducted through the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2025 and the 1st State Level Selection Test (SLST) 2025. Candidates who already possess a valid TET Certificate will be eligible to participate either on the basis of their existing certificate or by appearing for the upcoming TET.
