RIE Mysuru Recruitment 2025: Walk-in Interviews Scheduled June 9-12 for Multiple Positions

Mysuru, India – The Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Mysuru, part of the National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT), has announced a notification for walk-in interviews to fill various posts on a purely contractual basis. The positions are available for a period of one year or until a regular incumbent joins, whichever occurs earlier.

The interviews are scheduled to take place in the Conference Room of the Institute in June 2025. Candidates interested in attending the interviews are advised to review the detailed vacancy notification and guidelines beforehand. A range of positions is open for recruitment, including Assistant Professors, Laboratory Assistants, and other project-based roles.

Qualification Required for Regional Institute of Education Recruitment 2025

1. Assistant Professor : Master’s in relevant subject with NET/KSET/PhD/M.Phil (As per UGC norms)
2. Laboratory Assistant: B.Sc. in relevant subject (PCM/CBZ) + Lab Handling Experience.
3. Junior Project Fellow :  PG in Education /Psychology/School Subjects with 55% (50% for SC/ST/PWD), B.Ed. preferred
4. Project Assistant : PG with 55%, 3 years’ experience + web designing & computer skills
5. Computer Assistant : PG in Computer Applications with 3 years’ experience

Age Limit for Regional Institute of Education Recruitment 2025

• Assistant Professor : Age Limit is upto 70 years
• Assistant Programme Manager post : Age Limit is not more than 45 years.
• Laboratory Assistant posts : Not Exceeding 27 years.
• Junior Project Fellow (JPF) posts : Age Limit is Below 40 years as per UGC guidelines.
